Kigali schools outsmarted again in O’ Level exams

As has been the trend in recent years, rural-based secondary schools trounced their urban counterparts in the 2011 examinations, according to O’Level results announced yesterday.  New Life High School (Kayonza District, Eastern Province); emerged the overall best with an average aggregate of 14; followed by Maranyundo Girls’ School of (Bugesera, Eastern Province); and Lycee Notre-Dame de Citeaux of Nyarugenge, Kigali City.
